This website collects information you choose to provide when contacting the studio or submitting a Weddings / Events enquiry. This may include your name, email address, phone number, event type and date, group size, treatment preference, venue, suburb, preferred treatment date, mobile-service preference and notes. Appointment bookings are completed through Acuity / Squarespace Scheduling and are also subject to that provider’s privacy terms.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, recommend treatment timing, coordinate group or mobile-service availability, support bookings and provide requested services. Brighter White Smiles does not sell customer information.
Enquiry email delivery
Weddings / Events form submissions are securely sent from this website through Resend, an email-delivery provider, to Brighter White Smiles. Submitted information is processed only to deliver the enquiry and allow our team to respond.
Analytics and third parties
The website uses third-party services where needed for appointment scheduling, enquiry email delivery and embedded maps. These providers may process information according to their own privacy terms.
